Marlin N. Noecker, 69, of Kempton, died suddenly Saturday, January 23, 2016, shortly after arrival at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
Born in Penn Township, Berks County, he was a son of the late Noble E. and Laura S. (Krill) Noecker. Marlin honorably served his country in the United States Army, during the Vietnam War. Mr. Noecker was a self-employed dairy farmer until 1981. He also worked as a truck driver for Reading Bone Agway, Reading, for 27 years until his retirement. Marlin was a member of Northkill Rod & Gun Club and the Kempton Fire Company.
He is survived by Daughters, Kelly L. (Noecker), wife of Rodney P. Hollenbach, Bethel and Amy D. (Noecker), wife of Michael F. Hinkle, Hamburg; Son, Michael M. Noecker, fiancé of Stacy L. Keller, Kempton. Other survivors include 6 Grandchildren, Taylor N. Hollenbach, Kayla Y. Keller, Erik A. Shinton, Brendyn M. Shinton, Brittany N. Noecker and Ashley L. Noecker. Marlin was predeceased by a Sister, Thelma (Noecker) Hoffman.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2016, at 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, with the Reverend Arthur L. Hahn, officiating. Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family. Family and friends may call Thursday, 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home.
