Marjorie E Clemens

Marjorie E. Clemens, 75, of Willington Drive, Macungie, died Thursday, July 26, 2007, at 9:30 PM, in Hospice House of the Visiting Nurse Association of Saint Lukes, Lower Saucon Township, Northampton County, where she was a patient since July 21, 2007.

Born in Scranton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Roy H. and Marjorie H. (Faatz) Hewett. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Christian Congregation Church, Mertztown. She sang for many years with the Sweet Adelines, in the Topton area.

She is survived by Daughter, Lois A. (Clemens) widow of Kevin Hertzog, Hamburg; Sons, David F. husband of Cynthia (Kniffen) Clemens, Alburtis, Philip D. husband of Roxanne (Bower) Clemens, Kempton; Sister, Lois H. (Hewett) Lyon, Woodbourne, NY; Brother, Kenneth Hewett, New York; Grandchildren, Kalma E. and Teila K. Clemens, and Jessica A. Hertzog.

Memorial Services are Tuesday, July 31, 2007, at 8:00 PM from Christian Congregation Church, Mertztown. Private inurnment at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Tuesday, 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the church.

The family requests contributions be made to Christian Congregation Church, P.O. Box 36, Mertztown, 19539-0036. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
