Marian M Burkholder

Marian M. Burkholder, 62, of Richmond Township, Fleetwood, died unexpectedly Saturday, October 23, 2010, in St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Bern Township. She was the wife of Aidin M. Burkholder. They were married December 11, 1969.

Born in East Earl Township, Lancaster County, she was a daughter of Paul N. and Maryella W. (Martin) Zimmerman, East Earl. She was a member of the Groffdale Conference of Mennonites, attending the Fleetwood Mennonite Church, Fleetwood. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by Daughters, Ethel Z. (Burkholder) wife of Lloyd Z. Nolt, and Linda Z. (Burkholder) wife of Leon M. Burkholder, both of Kutztown, Ruthann Z. (Burkholder) wife of Paul S. Brubacher, Lenhartsville, Grace Z. (Burkholder) wife of John Aaron Zimmerman, Fleetwood, Sara Jane Z. (Burkholder) wife of Eli Z. Burkholder, Kutztown; Sons, Kenneth Z. husband of Elvina Z. (Burkholder) Burkholder, Nevin Z. husband of Stella Z. (Burkholder) Burkholder, Neil Z. husband of Mabel Z. (Burkholder) Burkholder, Leroy Z. husband of Jolene N. (Weaver) Burkholder, all of Fleetwood; Brothers, Paul M. husband Ruth Z. (Leid) Zimmerman, New Holland, James M. husband of Susan Z. (Martin) Zimmerman and John David husband of Katie Z. (Martin) Zimmerman, both of East Earl. Other survivors include 38 grandchildren.

Funeral Services are from her residence, 171 Mine Road, Richmond Township on Thursday, October 28, 2010, at 8:45 AM with services continuing at 9:30 AM in Fleetwood Mennonite Church, Fleetwood. Interment in Fleetwood Mennonite Church Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the residence. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
