Marian E. Conrad

Marian E. Conrad, 92, of Bowers, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully Friday, April 12, 2024, in her home.  She was the widow of John P. Conrad, who passed away June 5, 2023.  Born in Allentown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Luther and Ivie (Ziegler) Ziegler.  She was a former member of Christ (DeLong) United Church of Christ, Bowers.

Marian was employed as a clerk at the former Kehm's Market, Bowers, and as a sewing machine operator at the former Royal Manufacturing, Alburtis.

Marian is survived by three of her children, Steve C. Conrad, Bowers, Sharon F. (Conrad) wife of Larry R. Seaman, Kutztown; and Kevin K., husband of Susan (Grim) Conrad, Kutztown; five grandchildren:  Stacy (Conrad) Keller, Kimberly (Seaman) George, Megan Conrad, Jennifer (Seaman) Schemberg, and Michael Conrad.  She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, Kayla Keller, Brittany and Ashley Noecker, Jaxon and Macen George, Kolby and Connor Schemberg and Carson Conrad.

She was predeceased by her parents, husband, siblings, Lillian (Ziegler) Williams, Ruth (Ziegler) Hertzog, Leroy, Philip and Carl Ziegler, and her son, Randy J. Conrad.

A service with inurnment in Becker's Saint Peter's Cemetery, Molltown, will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
