Marcia F. (DeTurk) Keiser, 90, of Maxatawny Township, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, Allentown, PA, with her loving husband, John, by her side.

Marcia's commitment to her family was limitless. She was born in Kutztown, a daughter of the late Chester R. and Pauline E. (Hiester) DeTurk and was a proud 1953 graduate of Kutztown Area High School. Following her high school graduation, Marcia enjoyed a brief career at Atlas Minerals & Chemicals, Inc., Mertztown, before marrying the love of her life, John H. Keiser, Jr., in 1957. Marcia and John shared sixty-nine beautiful and loving years of marriage.

Marcia devoted her life to raising her two daughters, Julie and Sally. Later in life, Marcia found a rewarding career as a Secretary to the Student Government President at Kutztown University. After twenty years of dedicated service to the university, "Nana's" time was best spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. There were no happier moments for her than those spent with "the kids."

A lifelong member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Kutztown, Marcia found great joy in serving on the Mission Committee and the Ladies Guild. She especially looked forward each year to the church's annual Christmas Bazaar.

Marcia and John enjoyed following sports together, particularly cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Phillies, and - most passionately, Duke Basketball. She shared many special memories while watching Duke games with her close friends. Marcia was also proud to carry on her parents' tradition of Sunday evening family dinners and expressed her heartfelt wish that the tradition continues for generations to come.

In addition to her husband John, Marcia is survived by her two daughters, Julie (Keiser), wife of Carmine Esposito, Lancaster, PA, and Sally (Keiser), wife of Jeff French, Macungie, PA; her cherished grandchildren, Brad (Julie), Ashely (Nate), Tyler (Karen), and Cristen (Austin); and her precious great-grandchildren, Cristian, Wesley, Margot, Collyns, Brooks, Nell, Faye, Calvin and Baby Schadt due later this year. They were the pride and joy of her life. Along with her parents, Marcia was predeceased by her brother, David W. DeTurk (husband of Merrily J. (Leibensperger) DeTurk, Kutztown, PA) in 2005.

Marcia's warmth, faith, and unwavering love for her family will live on in the traditions she cherished and in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

The family will greet relatives and friends following the service in Fellowship Hall during a luncheon. Burial will be held privately in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown, PA.
