Mamie C Haas

Mamie C. Haas, 92, of Church Road, Kutztown, PA, died Wednesday, April 5, 2006, in Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice Unit, 17 ^th and Chew Streets, Allentown, where she had been a patient since April 1 ^st . She was the wife of the late Wayne B. Haas who died on April 6, 1973.

Born in Longswamp Township, Berks County, PA, she was the daughter of the late James F. and the late Katie M. (Rohrbach) Kern Miller. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the UCC Congregation of Zion’s Union Church, Maxatawny.

She is survived by Daughters, Christine A. (Haas) Luckenbill, Kempton, Bonnie K. Haas, Reading; Sons, The Rev. Dennis W. Haas, Grinnell, Iowa, Larry D. Haas, Kutztown, Richard L. Haas, Kutztown, David J. Haas, Kutztown, Alan G. Haas, Plymouth, MA, Timothy N. Haas, Kutztown; Sister, Sadie A. (Kern) Heffner, Pottstown; 20 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services are Saturday, April 8, 2006 at 10:15 AM in Zion’s Union Church, Route 222, Maxatawny. Interment in Zion Maxatawny Union Cemetery, Maxatawny. Friends may call Saturday from 9:00 to 10:15 AM.
