Mae Leimbach

May 13, 1918 — October 1, 2003

Mae Leimbach, 85, formerly of Kutztown, died Wednesday, October 1, 2003, in Ware Presbyterian Village, Oxford, Chester County. She was the wife of the late Carl Leimbach.

Born in Maxatawny Township, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late Victor W. and Annie W. (Cronrath) Walbert. A graduate of Allentown Business School, she was office manager for the former W. T. Grant Co., Salisbury, Md., for 23 years before retiring in 1987. Previously, she was deputy register of wills for the Berks County Court House, Reading, for eight years. Prior to that, she worked for Quarryville Drug Co. and the Aberdeen Pharmacy, Aberdeen, Md. She was a member of the Lutheran congregation of Zion's Union Church, Maxatawny.

She is survived by Son, James N. Walbert of Occoquan, Va.; 3 Grandchildren and a nephew.

Funeral Services are 10:30 AM Saturday, October 4, 2003, in of Zion's Union Church, Maxatawny. Interment in Zion Maxatawy Union Cemetery, Maxatawny. Friends may call 7:00 - 8:30 PM Friday, Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich St., Kutztown, and 9:30 -10:30 AM Saturday in the church.

Contributions may be made to Zion's Union Church or National Osteoporosis Foundation, Attention: Memorials, 1232 22 nd Street NW, Washington, DC 20037-1292. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
