Mae E Haas

Mae E. Haas, age 80, of 34 S. Whiteoak Street, Kutztown PA, died Thursday, November 9, 2000 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice Unit, 17th and Chew, Allentown PA. She was the widow of the late Warren N. Haas who died in January of 1958.

Born in Maxatawny PA, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Carrie E. (Dey) Kline. She was employed at the former Wenton Shoe Factory in the 1950's and the former Deisher Knitting Mill in the 1980's, both of Kutztown PA. She was a member of St. John's UCC Church, Kutztown.

She is survived by her Daughters, Joyce E. (Haas) Bennicoff of Kutztown PA and Gloria J. (Haas) Nored of Lancaster PA; Son, Bruce W. Haas of Kutztown PA; Sisters, Elsie B. (Kline) Luckenbill of Kutztown PA, Anna V. (Kline) Spinka of Temple PA, Nancy L. (Kline) Driemel of Kutztown PA, Catherine J. (Kline) Pieller of Robesonia PA and Marion P. (Kline) Pieller of Kutztown PA; Brothers, Roy A. Kline of Kutztown PA, George W. Kline of Mertztown PA, Dennis C. Kline of Kutztown PA, Dallas R. Kline of Kutztown PA and Francis R. Kline of Kutztown PA; 4 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown PA. Friends may call Tuesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services.
