Lorraine Marie Herman

Lorraine Marie (Geiring) Herman, 70, of Kutztown, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026 in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, Allentown, PA. She was the wife of George E. Herman whom she married on October 20, 1989.

Born in Reading, PA, Lorraine was a daughter of the late Richard L. Geiring, Sr., and Loretta E. (Reinhard) Missmer. Lorraine was a homemaker who took great pride in caring for her home and family. She also was a residential housecleaner for several years.

Lorraine enjoyed word search puzzles, playing cards, especially solitaire, and watching her favorite westerns on TV.

Along with her husband George, Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Melissa M. (Fritsch), wife of David W. Rump, Jr., Fleetwood, PA; four grandchildren, Nadine M. Rump, Trevor W. Rump, Ethan W. Rump, and Robert W. Rump; sister, Debra Arnold and brother, Ronald Missmer.

She was predeceased by her parents, and siblings, Richard L. Geiring, Jr. and Patricia Krause.

Services for Lorraine will be held privately.
