Linda D Weatherwalk

Linda D. (Yoder) Weatherwalk, 64, of Kutztown, died Tuesday, April 23, 2013 in the In-patient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. She was the long-time companion of Carlyle Davis of Kutztown.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Irvin E. and Helen M. (Derr) Yoder. She attended Reading Area Community College. Ms. Weatherwalk was employed as a lens grinder by the former Penn Optical, Reading for five years. She also worked as a microchip technician for the former AT&T, Reading, and as a security guard for East Penn Manufacturing, Lyon Station. Ms. Weatherwalk was a member of the Kutztown and Strausstown Rod and Gun Clubs. She enjoyed playing Bingo.

She is survived by Long-time Companion; Daughters, Lori A. (Bates), wife of Robert C. Schneider, Blandon, Lisa A. (Bates), wife of Paul G. Schaner, Reading; Sisters, JoAnn M. (Yoder) Richards, Fogelsville, Jean A. (Yoder), wife of John Wiggins, Reading, Carol A. (Yoder), wife of William Millikin, Allison, Clinton County; Brothers, Irvin E. Yoder, Jr., Reading, David A. Yoder, Lehighton. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Zachary, Haley, Michael, Kirsten; 2 Great Grandchildren, and was looking forward to the birth of her third Great Grandchild. She was predeceased by Brothers, Stanley I. Yoder in 2008, and Michael D. Yoder in 1955.

Services and inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family.

The family requests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Avenue, Reading, PA 19605. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
