Lincoln E Kniss

Lincoln E. Kniss, age 91, of 122 Normal Avenue, Kutztown PA, died Thursday, September 20, 2001 in the Kutztown Manor Nursing Home, Kutztown PA. He was the Widower of the late Esta B. (Heffner) Kniss who died in 1995.

Born in Rockland Township, Berks County PA, he was the Son of the late George M. and late A. Louisa (Schaeffer) Shade Kniss. He was a Tool Room Supervisor at Dana Corporation in Reading for 31 years, retiring in 1972. He was a member of Saint Paul's United Church of Christ Church, Kutztown, where he was a past Consistory President, Deacon and Elder.

He is survived by his Son, Bruce E. Kniss of Kutztown PA; Daughters, Marjorie J. (Kniss) Bryde, Kutztown PA; 6 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. He is predeceased in death by his son, Bernard D. Kniss, who died in 1957.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM Tuesday, September 25, 2001 from Saint Paul's United Church of Christ Church, 47-51 South Whiteoak Street, Kutztown. Family and Friends may call 9:30 AM until the time of services. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Kutztown.
