Lillian M Bauer

Lillian M. Bauer, 85, formerly of Franklin Street, Alburtis, died Monday, November 28, 2005, in Lehigh Center, Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County, where she had been a resident since December 31, 2003. She was the wife of the late Woodrow W. Bauer who died on March 9, 1994.

Born in Longswamp Township, Berks County, PA, she was the daughter of the late William V. and the late Katie M. (Rohrbach) Miller. She was a laborer at the former Mertztown Rug Mill, Mertztown, during the 1930’s and 1940’s. She was Lutheran.

He is survived by Daughter, Tammy S. Bauer, Allentown; Sons William L. Bauer, Alburtis, Ronald P. Bauer, Fleetwood Terry J. Bauer, Alburtis, Randy G. Bauer, Alburtis; Sisters, Mamie C. Haas, Kutztown, Sadie A. Heffner, Mertztown; 12 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Granddaughter. She was predeceased by Sisters Verdia Kunkel, Perma Reitenauer, Pauline Musser and Brothers Wilbur Buck and Ernest Kern.

Funeral Services are Friday, December 2, 2005 at 2:00 PM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 E. Weis Street, Topton. Interment in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown. Friends may call Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
