Lillian H Wasser

Lillian H. (Mosser) Wasser, 101, of Lyon Station, died Monday, October 14, 2013 in her residence. She was the widow of Charles J. Wasser, who died October 8, 1988.

Born in Mohnton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Irvin and Elizabeth (Peters) Mosser. Mrs. Wasser was a member of Christ (DeLong) United Church of Christ, Bowers. She was employed as a turner/folder for the former William G. Leininger, Inc. Hosiery Factory, Lyon Station for over 50 years. Mrs. Wasser enjoyed gardening, and had a love for flowers.

She is survived by Daughter, Jacqueline K. (Wasser), widow of Glenn D. Fenstermacher; Son, Glenn A. Wasser, both of Lyon Station; 3 Grandchildren, Lori L. (Fenstermacher), wife of Robert Greenawalt, The Villages, FL; Kurt G., husband of Elaine (Falcone) Fenstermacher, Gilbertsville, and Bart C., husband of Erin (Cooney) Fenstermacher, Lyon Station. In addition, there are also 6 Great Grandchildren, Abby and Andrew Greenawalt, Daniel, Zachary, Jacob, and Maia Fenstermacher. She was predeceased by Sisters, Carrie (Mosser) Angstadt, Dora (Mosser) Swoyer, Roxie (Mosser) Reidenhour.

Funeral Services are Friday, October 18, 2013 at 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment will follow in Lyons Cemetery, Lyon Station. Relatives and friends may call Friday morning from 10:00 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home.
