Lillian A Berger

Lillian A. Berger, 82, formerly of Noble Street (Maxatawny Twp.) Kutztown, died Sunday, February 20, 2005, in Berks Heim, Bern Twp., Berks County, PA. She was married to the late Raymond P. Berger who died September 6, 1998.

Born in Richmond Twp., Berks County, PA, she was the daughter of the late A. Howard and the late Alice E. (Hottenstein) Heffner. She was a graduate of the former Bryland School of Cosmetology, Reading, PA. She was a self-employed hairdresser for 10 years in her former home, prior to that she worked for 2 years in the gift shop of the former Glockenspiel Restaurant, (Richmond Twp.) Kutztown. She also operated the former Village Squire Antique Shop, Kutztown. She worked part time for Kutz’s Footwear, Kutztown. She was a member of Saint John’s UCC Church, Kutztown.

She is survived by Son, Tyrone L. Berger, Camp Hill, PA; Brother, Herbert W. Heffner, Reading, PA; Sister, Lydema E. (Heffner) Heffleger, Endicott, NY.

Funeral Services and interment in Fairview Cemetery, (Maxatawny Twp.) Kutztown are private at the convenience of the family.
