Kenneth W. Achey

Kenneth W. Achey, 91, of Topton, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2019 in The Lutheran Home at Topton. He was the widower of Mabel M. Achey, who died December 18, 2012. Born in Bethlehem, Kenneth was a son of the late Kenneth W. and Mary M. (Becker) Achey. He was a graduate of Moravian College, Bethlehem, and was a member of Central Moravian Church, Bethlehem. Kenneth worked as a Clerk for Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 30 years. Kenneth honorably and faithfully served his country in The United States Navy during World War II.

Kenneth is survived by his sons, Gary C., husband of Gelsey Achey, Bluffton, South Carolina, and Timothy A. Achey, Conway, South Carolina; grandson, Dustin Achey, Bath, PA, and a great-granddaughter, Haley Grace Achey. In addition to his wife and parents, Kenneth was predeceased by a son, Geoffrey Achey in 2019.
