Kenneth M Gehman

Kenneth M. Gehman, 87, of Kutztown, died Saturday, March 5, 2011 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of the late Doris (Shrout) L. Gehman, who died December 19, 1991.

Born in Allentown, PA, he was a son of the late John and Dorothy L. (Laub) Gehman. He was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, where he was a former church council member and treasurer. He was currently a member of the New Bethel Zion Cemetery Board. He was a machinist and later a foreman of the central tool division at the former Bethlehem Steel Corp., Bethlehem, from 1942, retiring in 1986.

He is survived by Sons, Timothy K. Gehman, Kutztown and Keith T. Gehman, Philadelphia; Sister, Fern I. (Gehman) widow of Richard B. Crone, and Brother, Donald J. Gehman, both of Allentown. There are also 2 Granddaughters, Kayleigh Gehman and Jesslyn R. Gehman.

Funeral Services are Wednesday, March 9, 2011, 9:30 AM from Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, 1343 Long Lane, Kutztown, 19530. Interment in New Bethel Zion Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, PA.
