Judith A. (Ruppert) Klingler, 73, of Kutztown, formerly of Barto, PA passed away peacefully on Friday, November 20, 2020 in Lehigh Valley Inpatient Hospice, Allentown. She was the widow of Earl F. Klingler, who died on August 6, 2016. They were married July 11, 1970.
Born in Allentown, Judith was a daughter of the late John and Elsie (Weidner) Ruppert. She was a graduate of The Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, Philadelphia. Judy worked in multiple sewing factories over the years but primarily at Great American Knitting Mills in Bally. She enjoyed word search puzzles, crafts with her grandchildren and playing a good game of Rummy.
Judith is survived by her two daughters, Carol A. (Klingler), wife of John S. Haas, Fleetwood, and Laura B. (Klingler), wife of Fernando E. Rosado, Kutztown; and a son, John F. Klingler, East Greenville; eight grandchildren, Kayla S. Moyer, Austin T. Haas, Alexandra M. Haas, Jaden W. Klingler, Malena M. Rosado, Nolan K. Klingler, Jocelyn A. Rosado and Julian E. Rosado; one great-grandson, Ethan D. Moyer; and a brother, Robert Ruppert.
In addition to her husband and parents, Judy was predeceased by a brother Charles Ruppert.
A funeral service to celebrate Judy's life will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Sunday afternoon from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be held privately in Salem Bible Church Cemetery, Macungie.
