Joyce F. Isamoyer

Joyce F. (Weisner) Isamoyer, 86, of Mertztown, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025 in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, Allentown, PA. She was the widow of William H. "Billy" Isamoyer, who passed away March 18, 2023 and whom she married on June 28, 1958.

Born in Kutztown, PA, Joyce was a daughter of the late Alvin D. and Helen I. (Leibensperger) Weisner. Joyce was a 1957 graduate of Kutztown Area High School. She was a homemaker, and cleaned for many others in the Mertztown area. Joyce was a member of Longswamp United Church of Christ, Mertztown, and enjoyed camping, traveling, crafting and going to flea markets. Joyce lived her life with love, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to her family. She will be remembered not only for her role as a homemaker but also for her warm heart and nurturing spirit that touched the lives of all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Dawn M. (Isamoyer), wife of Craig A. Weller, Topton; grandson, Keegan C. Weller, Topton; and a brother, Raymond C. Weisner, widower of Judy (Lesher) Weisner, Kutztown. Along with her husband and parents, Joyce was predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law, Harold G. and Myrtle D. (Miller) Weisner.

A funeral service to celebrate and honor Joyce's life will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, Inc., 25 E. Weis Street, Topton, PA, with The Reverend Kimberly M. Berenotto officiating. Interment will follow in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
