Joyce A Hoffner

Joyce A. Hoffner, 86, of Topton, died Monday, October 28, 2012 in St. Lukes Hospice House, Bethlehem. She was the widow of Joseph A. Hoffner, who died July 29, 2007.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Helen G. (Beidler) Erdman. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Topton. Mrs. Hoffner was employed as a cafeteria helper by the Bethlehem School District for 11 years, retiring in 1982.

She is survived by a Daughter, Barbara L. Hoffner, Bethlehem; Son, Stephen C., husband of Rita K. (Parris) Hoffner, Nicholasville, KY; Grandchildren, Christopher A., husband of Bobbi L. (West) Hoffner, Nicholasville, KY, Matthew C. Hoffner, Louisville, KY, and Great Grandson, Adam L. Hoffner.

Memorial Services are Friday, November 9, 2012, at 1:30 PM from Grace Lutheran Church, One South Home Avenue, Topton. Inurnment will be private in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown. Friends may call Friday from 1:00 to 1:30 PM in the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to St. Lukes Hospice House, 2455 Black River Road, Bethlehem, PA 18015. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
