Joseph Stetz

Joseph Stetz, 89, of 454 Highland Avenue, Kutztown, PA, died Tuesday, April 27, 2004, in Kutztown Manor, Kutztown, where he had been a resident since April 26th. He was the husband of Margaret T. (Kapsha) Stetz. They were married 61 years last January 30 ^th .

Born in Buck Run, PA (Schuylkill County), he was a son of the late John and the late Agnes (Gober) Stetz. He was a construction laborer for the former Heffner and Snyder (Industrial Construction), Plainfield, NJ. He was a member of the Heavy and General Laborer Local 172, Newark, NJ. He was a Navy veteran of WWII. He was a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Kutztown.

He is survived by his Wife. He was predeceased by a Daughter, Joann Stetz, in 1957.

Mass of Christian Burial is Saturday, May 1, 2004, at 10:30 AM from Our Lady of Mary Roman Catholic Church, High Street, South Bound Brook, NJ. Interment in Hillside Cemetery, Metuchen, NJ. Visitation Thursday, April 29, 2004 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM with Catholic Prayer Service at 4:15 PM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown; and, Friday, April 30, 2004 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM in the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, 568 Middlesex Avenue, Metuchen, NJ. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
