Joseph F Solderich

Joseph F. Solderich, 75, of Bowers, PA passed away peacefully Saturday Evening, June 21st, 2008 at the Kutztown Manor in Kutztown, PA.

Born in Bath, PA, he was the son of the late John A. and Bibiana (Stoicsits) Solderich. He worked at Caloric Corporation in Topton, PA for 41 years and was a Veteran of the Korean War. Joe was an avid outdoorsman including hunting, trapping and fishing and could always be found in Kutztown and the surrounding areas socializing.

He is survived by Daughter, Michelle A. (Solderich) Pinzon, Knoxville, Tenn.; Son, Michael J. Solderich, Alexandria, Virginia; Brothers, Frank C. Solderich, Lehighton, Charles W. Solderich, Bowers, Edward W. Solderich, Allentown; Sisters, Rosemary C. (Solderich) Davies, Blythewood, SC, Dorothy E. (Solderich) Breidegam, Bowers; 5 Grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, June 24, 2008, 11:30 a.m. from Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 14833 Kutztown Road, Kutztown. Interment with military honors provided by Ray A. Master, Post #217, American Legion, Honor Guard, Topton, in Our Lady of Hungary Church Cemetery, Northampton. Friends may call Tuesday, 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM in the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 14833 Kutztown Rd, Kutztown, PA 19530-8301. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
