Joseph B. Fillman

Joseph B. Fillman, 67, formerly of Fleetwood, died peacefully, Friday, December 28, 2023, in The Lutheran Home at Topton, under hospice care.  Born in Allentown, Joseph was a son of the late Joseph A. and Jane A. (Prenzlau) Fillman.  Joe was a graduate of the class of 1974 of Allen High School, Allentown.

Joe's employment history includes working as the President of Queen City Airport Museum, Allentown, operating the Union Boulevard BINGO Hall, Allentown, and working as a bartender at Red Lion Inn, Macungie; and for over 20 years, most recently, at the Inn at Maple Grove, Alburtis.

Joe had many passions, including working on and restoring vintage airplanes and antique radios and components.  He was a collector of old records, and he loved and adored his kitty cats.  He will be best remembered for his wit and dry sense of humor.

Joseph is survived by many friends and numerous past customers that he would consider family.  He was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Jo (Fillman) Brown.
