Mr. John G. Bordner

John Bordner, 75 of Kutztown, Pennsylvania died on Monday May 30, 2022. John was graduate of Kutztown High School and Kutztown University achieving a bachelor’s degree in history. He worked for the Social Security Administration in Reading for more than half his life. John was an avid reader of non-fiction, enjoyed exercise, traveling, and spending time with his family. John was preceded in death by his parents George and Eleanor Bordner, his loving wife of nearly 40 years Mildred Bordner (Carvell), and his sons George Bordner and Jonathan Bordner.

John is survived by son Nathan Bordner; son Michael Bordner; daughter Katie Sheffer, wife of Brian Sheffer; and his four grandchildren, Evan, Dylan, Shaylee and Lilyona.

A graveside gathering will be held at Muddy Creek Lutheran Church Cemetery, Denver PA on Friday, June 3 ^rd , 2022 at 12:00 noon.
