Elder John F. Rhodus

It is with heaviness in our hearts that we share the news of the passing of beloved Elder John Rhodus, Sr., of Surprise, AZ and Alburtis, PA. He was the husband of Marcia M. (Voights) Rhodus, and the father of Shaykh Yahya John Rhodus, Jr., Molly (Rhodus) Whitten and Margaret Rhodus.

The Janāza prayer for our beloved John Rhodus Sr. (Father of Shaykh Yahya Rhodus) will be offered at Al-Maqasid on Monday October 2, 2023 at 1:30pm. Burial will follow in Rahama Meadow of Mercy Cemetery, Fleetwood (Rockland Township), PA.

We ask Allah ta‘ālā to envelop Mr. Rhodus' soul in His limitless mercy, and to provide every source of comfort and solace to the Rhodus family.
