John Edward Burkholder

John Edward Burkholder, 21 months, of Maxatawny Township, died suddenly in a farm accident Sunday, April 29, 2012 on the family farm.

Born July 27, 2010 in Maxatawny Township, he was a son of Amos H. and Florence R. (Brubaker) Burkholder.

He is survived by Parents, Maternal Grandparents, Walter M. and Vera B. (Reiff) Brubaker, Fleetwood; Maternal Step Great Grandmother, Ada (Shirk) Reiff, Ephrata; Maternal Step Great Grandfather, Samuel Ringler, East Earl, Lancaster County; Sisters, Marilyn B., Grace B., Damaris B. and Victoria B. Burkholder; Brothers, Peter B., James B., Matthew B. and David B. Burkholder, all at home.

Funeral Services are from the late residence, 630 Topton Road, Maxatawny Township on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at 9:00 AM with services continuing at 9:30 AM in Center Mennonite Church. Interment in adjoining cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the residence.
