Jessica L Katz

Jessica L. Katz, 39, of 80 Quarry Road, Maxatawny Township, Berks County, died Wednesday, February 11, 2004 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, after being involved in a vehicular accident on Route 662, Richmond Township, Berks County.

Born in Hamilton, Ohio, she was a daughter of Michael V. and Donna D. (Lent) Katz of Kutztown. She was a sales clerk for Boscov's North, Lansdale, since December. Previously, she was a chef for the Lutheran Home, Topton, and C. J. Hummel's Restaurant, Lenhartsville. She was a 1985 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, N.Y.

She is survived by Parents; Son, Shawn S. of Bloomsburg, Columbia County; Maternal Grandfather and Step grandmother, Ralph D. and Gesila Lent of Las Vegas, Nev.; Paternal Grandmother, Geraldine E. (Evans) Sittler of Kutztown.

Funeral services are Monday, February 16, 2004 at 2:00 PM from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 PM and on Monday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
