Jeffrey L. Brobst

 Jeffrey L. Brobst, 69, of Kempton, died Wednesday, July 22, 2026, in Reading Hospital - Tower Health, West Reading. He was the loving husband of Beverly A. (Iley) Brobst. They were married November 9, 1974. Born in Allentown, Jeff was a son of the late Robert E., and Elda M. (Wisser) Brobst.

Jeffrey was a graduate of Northwestern Lehigh High School, Class of 1974. He also completed a semester at Lehigh County Community College, Schnecksville.

 Jeff started working at Deka Battery in the 1980's before moving back to Kempton. He then worked with Robertsons Renovations for a number of years before leaving to start Jeff Brobst Carpentry, a home remodeling and building company until his retirement.

 He was a member of Albany Township Historical Society, where he served on their Board of Directors, he also a member of the Kempton Fire Company and was very active in the Kempton Community Center where he volunteered his time and talents to these organizations because he cared deeply for for their causes and the community.

 Jeff enjoyed traveling cross country, riding his motorcycle with his wife, woodworking, hunting and especially spending time with his grandson Gage, often attending races or being a mentor. You don't have to look far to find a memory of something that Jeff has touched.

 In addition to his wife of 51 years, Beverly, Jeffrey is survived by a daughter, Jessica A. (Brobst), wife of David A. Phillips and grandson, Gage A. Phillips, Fleetwood. He was predeceased by his brother Dale R. Brobst but survived by sister-in-law Alta L (Dietrich) Brobst. Other survivors include two brothers, Barry L. Brobst and his wife Mildred Brobst, Kempton; and Gary G. Brobst and his wife Doris Brobst, Kempton. There are also many Nieces and Nephews.

 There will be a public visitation with the family on Saturday August 1, 2026, from 9:30 -11:30 a.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Services and inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family.
