Jeanette S Pape

Jeanette S. Pape, 86, formerly of Topton and Crystal River, FL died Tuesday, August 11, 2009 in the Lutheran Home at Topton where she had been a resident since November 13, 2000. She was the wife of the late Stanley H. Pape who died in September of 2002.

Born in Topton, she was a daughter of the late Paul R. and Myrtle M. (Dierolf) Schleicher. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Topton. She was an assembler at the Caloric Corporation, formerly of Topton, from 1948 until her retirement in 1970.

She is survived by Daughter, Karon L. (Faust) wife of Robert C. Bower, Mertztown; Sisters, Ellen E. (Schleicher) widow of Brooke Gernert, Mertztown, Althea B. (Schleicher) widow of George Phillips, Allentown; Brothers, Paul F. J. Schleicher, Wescosville, Leonard C. Schleicher, Topton, Dallas D. Schleicher, Fleetwood; 4 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by Son, Terry Faust in 1973 and Brothers, Robert W. Schleicher and Richard O. Schleicher.

Graveside Services are Friday, August 14, 2009 at 10:30 AM in the Topton Union Cemetery, Topton. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
