Jeanette L. Fegely, 91, of Kutztown, died peacefully Sunday, October 2, 2022, in Tower Health - Reading Hospital, West Reading. She was the widow of Frederick A. Fegely, who died October 17, 2011. Born in Northampton, Jeanette was a daughter of the late Raymond, Sr. and Leah (Reinert) Anthony. Jeanette was a member of Zion's Union Church, Maxatawny, where she taught Sunday School for over 50 years and was a long-time member of the choir.
Jeanette is survived by her three daughters: Sharon S. (Fegely), widow of Dale R. Bennecoff, Lansdale; Lori A. (Fegely), wife of Shane K. Alesi, Kutztown; and Brenda L. (Fegely), wife of Harrison J. Snyder, Kutztown. Other survivors include: six grandchildren, Amy L. (Bennecoff), wife of Jacob U. Ginsburg; Kevin M. Bennecoff; Christopher T., husband of Lucia (Mendez) Alesi; Zachary T., husband of Kelsey C. (Mucelli) Alesi; Andrew H. Snyder, fiance of Jennifer Holton; Lauren E. Snyder companion of Samuel Turner; there are four great grandchildren: Asher, Leah and Giselle Ginsburg; and Miles W. Alesi. There is a sister, Joan (Anthony), widow of James Lester, Macungie; and a brother, Gary Anthony, Mexico. In addition to her husband and parents, Jeanette was predeceased by a brother, Raymond Anthony, Jr.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Jeanette's life will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in Zion's Union Church, 329 Church Road, Kutztown, with Vicar Jeremiah T. Heydt, officiating. Inurnment in Zion Maxatawy Union Cemetery, Kutztown. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the church.
