Jean M Yergey

Jean M. Yergey, 53, of Mertztown, died Monday, February 20, 2012 in her residence. She was the wife of Paul R. Yergey, Sr. They were married September 30, 1978.

Born in Pottstown, she was a daughter of Edgar A. and Christa E. (Hoheisel) Rippel, Lehigh Acres, FL. She was a 1976 graduate of Brandywine Heights High School. Mrs. Yergey was employed by Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries in the human resources department at The Lutheran Home at Topton for 15 years, last working in January.

She is survived by Husband, Parents, Son, Christopher E. Yergey companion of Megan L. Conahan, Berwick, Columbia Co.; Step-Son, Paul R., Jr. , husband of Nicole L. (Wetzel) Yergey, Fleetwood; Sister, Gale S. Rippel, Birchrunville, Chester Co., and 2 Grandchildren, Kyra A. and Hunter G. Yergey.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
