Jean M Miller

Jean M. Miller, 80, formerly of Fleetwood and Topton, died Saturday, September 8, 2012 in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township, where she was admitted from Spruce Manor Nursing Home, West Reading.

Born in Longswamp Township, she was a daughter of the late Percy and Verna M. (Mest) Heffner. Mrs. Miller worked at the former General Seating and Sash Company, Topton and several other manufacturing companies in the area during the 1950s.

She is survived by Daughters, Brenda J. (Miller) wife of Edwin J. Billiard, and Tammy S. (Miller) Flicker, both of Mertztown; Son, Dennis C. husband of Loretta E. (Madeira) Heffner, Kutztown. Other survivors include Sisters, Faye S. (Heffner) wife of Willard Barto, Goldie A. (Heffner) wife of Richard Carl, both of Mertztown and Betty L. (Heffner) widow of Roger Stump, Emmaus; Brothers, Carl P. husband of Joan (Conrad) Heffner, Allentown and Paul W. husband of Elaine (Ely) Heffner, Kutztown. There are also Grandchildren, Jessica L. (Billiard) wife of Michael J. Slawson, Adam R. Billiard, Andrew R. husband of Nicole M. (Ferrialo) Miller and Kelly M. Flicker; Great Grandchildren, Emma J. and Juliana R. Slawson.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.
