Jax Lee Fenstermacher

Jax Lee Fenstermacher, infant son of Cory L. Fenstermacher and Jennifer R. Ulrich of Wyomissing, died Friday, May 2, 2014 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, where he was born seven days earlier, on April 25.

Jax is survived by his Parents; Brother, George A. Fenstermacher; Half-Sister, Lillian Ulrich; and Half Brother, Drake Ulrich. He is also survived by Maternal Grandparents, JoAnn Ortlip, wife of John Haas, Bernville; Paternal Grandparents, Jeff Fenstermacher, husband of Joy Hoffman, Mertztown, and Renee Eisenhart, wife of John Pothany, Bethlehem .

Services will be private .

Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
