Jane E Braund

Jane E. (Randolph) Braund, 85, of Kutztown, died February 3, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.  She was the widow of G. Layman Braund who died December 13, 1999 .

Born in Norristown , she was a daughter of the late Warren C. F. and Berniece B. (Barr) Randolph. Mrs. Braund was a member of New Jerusalem Zion U.C.C. Church, Krumsville, where she served on the consistory as a deacon and was active in the Sunday School. Jane received a bachelor's degree from Beaver College, now Arcadia University, Glenside, PA. She worked as a medical technologist at Wernersville State Hospital and the former Allentown General Hospital .

She is survived by Son, Alan G., husband of Helen M. (Seaman) Braund, Kutztown; Daughter, Brenda L. Braund, Kutztown. Other survivors include a Brother, Warren C., husband of Gordene M. (Miller) Randolph, Perkasie, Bucks County. There are also 2 Granddaughters, Samantha L. Conrad, companion of Steven A. Skipper, II and Taylor A. Geisinger. She was predeceased by a Sister, Ruth R. (Randolph) Phipps and a Brother, Robert B. Randolph .

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM from New Jerusalem Zion U.C.C. Church, 1456 Krumsville Road, Lenhartsville, with Reverend Joshua M. Fitterling, officiating. Interment in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Kutztown. Relatives and friends may call Saturday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church .
