James T Conrad

James T. Conrad, 83, formerly of Luther Meadows, Topton, died Wednesday, October 6, 2010, in Cedarbrook, South Whitehall Township. He was the husband of Arlene B. (Crowe) Conrad. They were married August 28, 1948.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Gottlieb and Mary E. (Bramich) Conrad. James was a graduate of Allentown High School. He was employed over 20 years as the manager of the finance office of the former Kentucky Finance Company, Bethlehem. He then worked as manager of Regal Furniture, Bethlehem, for over 10 years until his retirement in 1994. James was an avid fisherman and enjoyed watching and playing sports.

He is survived by Wife, Nieces, Joyce M. (Conrad) wife of Charles Goodman, Allentown and Hope L. (Conrad) wife of Donald F. Wolf, Allentown. He is also survived by several other nieces. He was predeceased by a Sister, Ruth Conrad and Brothers, Howard and Herman Conrad.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
