James L Dry

James L. Dry, 84, of Wilson Manor, Kutztown, PA, died Monday, November 15, 2004, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, where he had been a patient since November 12 ^th . He was the husband of Ruth E. Dry. They were married on May 31, 1947.

Born in Longswamp Township, Berks County, PA, he was the son of the late Moody S. and the late Clara (Leibensperger) Dry. He was a laborer at Tyler Pipe Corporation, Macungie, for 38 years retiring in 1986. He was a US Air Force Veteran of WWII. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Mertztown.

He is survived by Wife, Sons, James D. Dry, Alburtis, PA, Robert L. Dry, Summit Hill, PA, Irvin P. Dry, Walnutport, PA, Carl L. Dry, Rehoboth Beach, DE; Daughter, Sally S. (Dry) Barlet, Mertztown; Brothers, Paul Dry, Pottstown, PA, Richard Dry, Bethlehem, PA; 3 Grandchildren.

Private Services at the convenience of the family. Interment with Military Honors in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown. No calling hours. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
