Mr. James D. Wyckoff

James D. Wyckoff, 83, of Kutztown and formerly of Alpha, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 in Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Kutztown, PA. He was the husband of Rachel J. (Sheldon) Wyckoff, whom he married on December 17, 1960.

Born in Phillipsburg, NJ, James was a son of the late John and Dorothy (Frey) Wyckoff, and was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School. James honorably and faithfully served his country in The United States Air Force.

He was employed as a Mechanical Assembler by the former Egan Machinery in Somerville, NJ.

Along with his wife of 62 years, Rachel, James is survived by his two children, James D. Wyckoff, II and Janice M. (Wyckoff), wife of James Mickey, both of Kutztown; four grandchildren, James Wyckoff, Cheyenne Wyckoff, Sarah Mickey and Zackary Mickey; and was predeceased by a brother, John Wyckoff.

Services for James will be held privately by his family.
