Ida F Flothmeier

Ida F. Flothmeier, age 89, of 1 South Home Avenue, Lutheran Home at Topton, formerly of Allentown, Spinnerstown, and Norristown PA, died Saturday, June 9, 2001 in the Lutheran Home at Topton where she resided. She was the Wife of the Reverend Frederick W. Flothmeier, also residing at the Lutheran Home at Topton. They were married in 1935.

Born in Souderton PA, she was the Daughter of the late Henry and Ella (Fillman) Moyer. She earned her Bachelors Degree from the Liberal Arts College at Temple University, Philadelphia PA in 1933. She was a Member of Grace Lutheran Church, at the Topton Lutheran Home, Topton.

She is survived by her Husband; Son, William S. Flothmeier of Ventura CA; Daughters, Mary Louise (Flothmeier) Smith of Mechanicsburg PA and Gertrude E. (Flothmeier) Harris of Gainesville FL; 4 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, June 13, 2001, from the Grace Lutheran Church Chapel, Topton Lutheran Home, Topton. Interment is private in Saint John's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Spinnerstown PA. There are no Calling Hours. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Homess, Inc., Topton PA.
