Hilda E Weiser

Hilda E. Weiser, 87, of Kutztown, died Saturday, June 28, 2014, in her residence. She was the wife of Leon C. Weiser. They were married August 19, 1950 .

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Ida (Liberacite) Schlener. She was a member of Saint Paul's United Church of Christ, Kutztown. Hilda worked as a manager for the former Gall's Drug Store, Kutztown and as a clerk at the former Held's Appliances and former Leh's Jewelry, both of Kutztown .

She is survived by Husband; Godson Douglas E. Held companion of Stacie D. Jones, Kutztown; Brothers Eugene Schlener, Macungie, Robert Schlener, Allentown, Franklin and William Schlener, both in Florida .

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, with Reverend Paul Jones, officiating. Interment in Union Cemetery of Bowers, will follow services. Friends may call Saturday, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home .
