Henry J Fox

Henry J. Fox, Jr., 76, of Bern Township, died Sunday, February 10, 2008 at 6:45 a.m. in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, where he was a patient since January 2, 2008. He was the husband of Frieda M. (Benjamin) Fox; they were married August 6, 1983.

Born in Alsace Township, he was a son of the late Henry J., Sr. and Lillie M. (Rothermel) Fox. He was a self employed butcher having owned and operated the former Christman and Fox Butcher Shop & Store, Dryville, from 1943 until his retirement in 1992. He was a member of Christ (Mertz) Lutheran Church, Dryville.

He is survived by Wife, Stepdaughter, Wanda M. (Hernandez Wagaman, Macungie; Stepsons, Juan F. Hernandez, Magnolia, DE, Antony M. Hernandez, Allentown, Rafael J. Hernandez, Easton; Sister, Phyllis R. Fox; Brothers, Earl A. and Ronald G, all of Dryville; 4 Step Grandchildren.

Funeral Services are Friday, February 15, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. from Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Maidencreek Township. Friends may call Thursday, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
