Helen M Sprangler

Helen M. Spranger, 85, formerly of Saucony Cross, Kutztown, died Friday, June 29, 2007 in the Gracedale, Nazereth. She was the widow of Carl F. Spranger who died April 4, 2003.

Born in Rockaway, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Joseph A. and Anna M. (Bednar) Bolcar. Helen was a homemaker. She was a past president of the VFW Auxiliary Post 242 in Boonton, New Jersey. She was a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Kutztown.

She is survived by Son, Carl J. Spranger, Peirmont, NY; Daughters, Roberta A. (Spranger) Gazda, St. Augustine, Florida, Valerie A. (Spranger) wife of James Lockard, Easton, PA; 2 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial is Tuesday July 3, 2007 at 9:30 AM in the Chapel of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 14833 Kutztown Road, Kutztown. Interment in Zion Maxatawny Union Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
