Hattie F Haas

Hattie F. Haas, age 70, of Old Lancaster Pike, Reading PA, died November 6, 2002 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading PA.

Born in Bath NC, she was the Daughter of the late Clyde C. and the late Lillian K. (Keech) Tetterton. She was a Sewing Machine Operator at the former Rachman Manufacturing Company, Reading PA, for many years. She then worked for T.G. Faust, Reading PA for many years, retiring in 1997. She was a Member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. She was a Member of the Olivet Boys and Girls Club Senior Citizens Club, Reading PA

She is survived by her Son, Michael J. Garl of Reading PA; Daughters, Susan D. (Garl) Reinhart of Reading PA and Belinda M. (Garl) Perez of Reading PA; Sisters, Nell (Tetterton) Dail of Suffolk VA and Hallie (Tetterton) Padgett of Suffolk VA; Brother, Jesse L. Tetterton of Bath NC; and 9 Grandchildren.

Services will be held 10:30 AM Monday, November 11, 2002, from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown PA. Family and Friends may call 9:30 AM Monday in the Funeral Home. Interment in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood PA.
