Harvey W. “Jack” Dey, Jr., 64, of Walker Road (Longswamp Twp., Berks County), Macungie, died Thursday, July 8, 2004, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, PA, where he was a patient since July 7, 2004. He was the husband of Shirley A. (Hregician) Miller.

Born in Longswamp Twp., Berks County, PA, he was the son of the late Harvey W. Sr., and the late Agnes M. (Stulpin) Dey. He was a truck driver for Transwood Trucking Co., Omaha, Neb., for 40 years, retiring in 2002.

He is survived by Wife, Sister, Rosemary (Dey) Haydt, Topton, 3 nephews and 1 neice.

Memorial Services are Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment is private at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Tuesday, 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
