Harry Y Moyer

Harry Y. Moyer, Jr., 71, of Richmond Township, died Friday, October 25, 2013, in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Lillian M. (Miller) Moyer. They were married for 50 years on August 17, 2013.

Born in Earl Township, Berks County, he was a son of the late Harry Y., Sr., and Edith H. (Eberhart) Moyer. Mr. Moyer was a member of Calvary Temple, Allentown, and participated in its Bible study class. Harry worked for over 23 years as a depositor operator and baker at the former Fleetwood Cookie Factory, Fleetwood and then worked as a route driver for the former Rentschler's Bakery, Kutztown.

He is survived by Wife; Daughter, Tina L. (Moyer) Whipple, Milton, Northumberland County; Sons, Richard A. husband of Susan A. (Geisinger) Moyer, Kutztown, Larry F. Moyer, Lititz, Lancaster County and Kenneth S. Moyer, Kutztown. Other survivors include, 5 Grandchildren, David A. Moyer, Jimmy L. Moyer, Bill A. Dries, Amanda L. Dries and Michael L. Bickhart; 5 Sisters, Loraine (Moyer) Levan, Gilbertsville, Barbara (Moyer) Fegley, Macungie, Violet (Moyer) Bruno, Hatfield, Montgomery County Marlene (Moyer) Brunner, Boyertown and Jennifer (Moyer) Freed, Telford, Montgomery County; brothers, Harrison Moyer, Fleetwood, Ronald Moyer and Ernest Moyer, both of Boyertown, Robert Moyer, Oley and David Moyer, Bechtelsville. He was predeceased by a Sister, Sharon Moyer and a Brother, Richard Moyer.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, 19530. Interment in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Greenwich Township. Friends may call Tuesday, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home.
