Harold D Miller

Harold D. Miller, 71, of Fleetwood, died Friday, November 23, 2012 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, where he was a patient since Wednesday. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Marks) Miller. They were married September 25, 1965.

Born in Rockland Township, he was a son of the late David H. and Laura (Behm) Miller. Mr. Miller was a member of Saint Pauls United Church of Christ Church, Fleetwood. He was a US Air Force veteran. Harold graduated from Kutztown Area High School in 1959. Harold was employed 30 years at Glidden / ICI Paints, at its Reading plant retiring as a supervisor in 1999. After his retirement, he worked 10 years as a driver for A.W. Golden, Reading.

He is survived by Wife; Son, David H. husband of Suzanne M. (Henninger) Miller, Kempton. Other survivors include a Granddaughter, Samantha A. Miller; Sisters, Shirley (Miller) wife of Raymond Dautrich, Stony Creek Mills, Mary (Miller) widow of Charles Moyer, Bernville and Jane (Miller) widow of Marshall Worrell, Kutztown. He was predeceased by a Sister, Larue (Miller) Dry.

Funeral Services are Wednesday, November 28, 2012, 11:00 AM Saint Pauls U.C.C. Church, 5 West Arch Street, Fleetwood. Interment in Fleetwood Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church.

The family requests contributions be made to Saint Pauls U.C.C. Church Memorial Fund, 5 W. Arch St., Fleetwood, PA 19522. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
