Guy E. Klang, 83, of East Walnut Street, Kutztown, died Tuesday, October 25, 2005, in Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, shortly after admission. He was the husband of the late Rita V. (Mangieri) Klang who died on December 5, 1997.
Born in Milan, Missouri, he was the son of the late Edwin E. and the late Mary (Giest) Klang. He retired after working as a weaver for over twenty years at Bally Ribbon Mills; and at the former Wyomissing Corp., Rayflex Division, Wyomissing, for over 15 years. He was a US Navy veteran of WWII. He was a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Kutztown.
He is survived by Sons, James G. Klang, Bradenton, FL, Guy J. Klang, Hamburg; Daughters, Theresa M. (Klang) Gaumer, Birdsboro, Donna L. (Klang) Komorosky, Douglasville; Sister, A. Pauline (Klang) VanHeel, Mason City, Iowa; 6 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial is Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 9:30 AM in St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 14833 Kutztown Road, Kutztown. Entombment in Gethsemane Cemetery Mausoleum, Laureldale. Friends may call Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM in the church.
