Geraldine A Bleiler

Geraldine A. Bleiler, 77, of Noble Street, Kutztown, died Monday, October 22, 2007 in her residence. She was the wife of Grant E. Bleiler. They were married 51 years in August.

Born in Maxatawny Township, Berks County, she was the daughter of the late George B. and Adelaide S. (Freese) Stump. She was a 1948 graduate of Kutztown High School, Kutztown, and a member of the former Kutztown Women’s Club. She was a bookkeeper for Atlas Minerals, Mertztown; a waitress at the former Suburban Drive-in, Kutztown; and a seamstress at the former Mark Stump Clothier, Kutztown. She was a member of the Reformed Congregation of Zion’s Union Church, Maxatawny, where she was a member of the choir and Sunday School teacher for over 30 years.

She is survived by Husband, Sons, Lou E. husband of Barbara K. (Kreeger) Bleiler, Enos E. husband of Christine (Kenish) Bleiler, both of Kutztown, Greg D. husband of Ute (Wohlfart) Bleiler, Poppenlaurer, Germany; Brothers, Mark N. husband of Marjorie Stump, Kutztown, Franklin husband of Barbara Stump, Lititz; Grandchildren, Brandon, Nicholas, Nico and Ashley Bleiler.

Funeral Services are Friday, October 26, 2007 at 10:30 AM in Zion’s Union Church, Route 222, Maxatawny. Interment in Zion Maxatawy Union Cemetery, Maxatawny. Friends may call Thursday from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown.
