George N Siegfried Sr

George N. Siegfried, Sr., 67, of Breinigsville, died Friday, January 20, 2012 in Liberty Nursing Center, Allentown. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Merkel) Siegfried. They were married August 7, 1965.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Paul J., Sr., and Grace (Lamp) Siegfried. He was a member of Church of the Good Shepherd United Church of Christ, Alburtis. He was employed as a woodshop helper by Knoll International, East Greenville, from 1971 until his retirement in 2002.

He is survived by Wife, Daughters, Carol E. wife of John A. Trumbauer, Jr., Allentown, and Katrina L. wife of Jack D. Sober, Breinigsville; Sisters, Marlene G. wife of Bruce Seidel, Mertztown, Elaine R. wife of Barry Sensenig, Reading, Diane C. wife of Gene Schuler, Lenhartsville; Brothers, Paul J., Jr., husband of Bonnie A. (Prince) Siegfried, Reading, and Dale G. husband of Robin (Werner) Siegfried, Mertztown; Grandchildren, Christopher J. and Ashley G. Trumbauer, Sarah E. and Katie J. Sober. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his precious dog, Lucky. He was predeceased by a Son, George N. Siegfried, Jr., on July 4, 1993.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Kutztown. Friends may call Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home.
