Gene R Hassler

Gene R. Hassler, 58, of Palm Drive, Topton, died Sunday, May 1, 2005, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp., Lehigh County, where he was a patient one day. He was married to Bunny L. (Bruckart) Hassler, they were married April 10, 1976.

Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Richard and Virginia Hassler. He was employed for the last five years as a truck driver for Dave Dunham Express, Pocono Pines, PA, and prior to that, in the same capacity for the former Triangle Building Products, Quakertown, Bucks County, PA. He was a US Navy Veteran having served during the Viet Nam War.

He is survived by Wife, Son, Clint W. Hassler, Topton; Step Son, Raymond A. Lee, Northampton; Daughter, Ardell Martinez, Reading, PA; 8 Grandchildren.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
