Frances M. Mcdaniel

Frances M. (Barlow) McDaniel, 82, of Fleetwood, formerly of Georgetown, DE, died Friday, November 5, 2021, in Tower Health - Reading Hospital, West Reading.  Born in Reading, Frances was a daughter of the late Nathan W. and Stella (Kahl) Barlow.

Fran was a homemaker and enjoyed caring for her five children.  Frances was a crafty person, she enjoyed ceramics and crocheting.

Fran is survived by four children:  Robert A. Nein Hamburg; Colleen E. (McDaniel), widow of Christopher B. Gordon, Georgetown, DE; Dewitt C. McDaniel, III, Fleetwood; Kevin M., husband of Emily (Perez) McDaniel, Georgetown, DE.  Other survivors include a sister. Margaret "Peggy" M. (Barlow), widow of Frank Lebo, Reading; There are twelve grandchildren: Joey M. Oswald; Stacy M. Oswald; Cory M.Oswald; Stephanie Oswald; Joshua B. Werst; Matthew Kasick; Cole W. Rehrig; BillieJo M. Rehrig; Robert A. Zettlemoyer, Jr.; Zachery M. Zettlemoyer; Dylan M. McDaniel; Yuvia Perez. There are fifteen great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, Frances was predeceased by a daughter, Sue Ann (Nein) Oswald.

Funeral Services celebrating and honoring Frances' life will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, with The Reverend Arthur L. Hahn, officiating.  Interment in Topton Union Cemetery.  Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
