Frances C Geiger

Frances C. Geiger, 88, formerly of Mertztown, died Tuesday, November 27, 2007 in the Lutheran Home at Topton. She was the wife of the late Orlando E. Geiger who died on January 29, 1990.

Born in Bowers, Maxatawny Township, she was the daughter of the late Luther A. and Edith (Fegely) DeLong. She was a registered nurse for Dr. William O. Muehlhauser, Topton, for 25 years retiring in the 1970’s. She was a member of St. Peter’s UCC Church, Topton.

She is survived by Daughters, Patricia A. (Geiger) wife of John A. Trexler, Breinigsville, Pamela K. (Geiger) Lenhart, Reading; Sister, Marian (DeLong) Wieder, Macungie; Brother, Alfred A. DeLong, Grand Junction, CO; 4 Grandsons; 4 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services are Saturday, December 1, 2007 at 10:00 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 E. Weis Street, Topton. Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Mertztown. Friends may call Saturday from 9:30 to 10:00 AM.
